Mariah Carey Engagement Ring From Nick Cannon

While randomly reading a blog on jewelry timepieces and luxury watches, I chanced upon this post on Mariah Carey engagement ring. I wonder, with a total of three months or so that Nick Cannon met Mariah Carey, before they got married, was there time to even get engaged? maybe it was only a few hours longs. Hehehe

I am seriously impressed with this ring. It’s great to be rich, eh? But then…. it is said that this ring is a limited edition design with only ONE ring made and this is also the same ring design that Nick Cannon gave to former fiancé, Selita Ebanks, a Victoria’s Secret model. I am sure you have seen her pictures EVERYWHERE already!

Anyway, since ring Jacob Arabo of Jacob & Co says that he only made one ring and both Selita Ebanks and Mariah Carey received the same ring, I could only conclude that Nick Cannon asked for the ring when he broke up with Selita Ebanks and kept it to be given to his next fiancé, which in the circumstances, happened to be Mariah Carey.

Is my theory right???

Jenna Bush Wedding Video Virus

In my last post, I wrote about wanting to see Jenna Bush’s wedding photos. I received quite a few comments with links to watch exclusive Jenna Bush wedding videos and I thought, “Her, here I was only asking for photos and there are already videos on the web?”

I was curious and clicked on the links and OMG, a million pop up windows popped up on my screen and I was like, “OH OH! This is not good!’ Luckily, I managed to shut all these windows by killing my browser from Task Management.

I scanned my computer with my anti-virus program again and found nothing. Thankfully. Hey, this is a new system, man!

Anyway, if you are shown links to Jenna Bush and Henry Hager wedding video purportedly taken at their family ranch in Texas, do not watch. As far as I know, Jenna Bush wedding photos are not even available online, let alone wedding videos!

OOPS!

I know that many guys have the hots for Jenna Welch Bush. Well, the prize has been claimed by Henry Chase Hager. But why fret, there’s still Barbara Pierce Bush, right?

I Want To See Jenna Bush Wedding Photos!

Whoa, after the wedding of Mariah Carey, which nobody really cared about, here comes the wedding of Jenna Bush, 26 years old, daughter of President George W. Bush and First Lady Laura Bush. I am a sucker for royals and since America has no royal family, this is as good as it gets!

Does anyone know if Jenna Bush wedding photos are already released by the White House? All I ever managed to find on the web are Jenna Bush wedding souvenirs and old photos of Jenna Bush engagement ring and even older photos of Jenna Bush and Henry Hager. Oh, that lucky devil! He just turned 30 last Friday, by the way!

Henry Hager is said to be a “long time boyfriend” and I calculated, they have known each other about four years only. Like that is considered “long term” already ah? I guess by American standards it is… and surely looooong compared to Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon’s courtship.

Come, come, faster show us photos of Jenna Bush and Henry Hager wedding. Don’t you want to see them too???

P/S: Why does she want to be a school teacher? If I were her, First Twin, I would be something a little more glamorous!

Celcom Issues Stern Warning!

Yesterday, I received a warning SMS text from Celcom informing us that we risk getting our Celcom subscription terminated if we make false or crank calls to 999 and I suspect, to 991 and other numbers like BOMBA or hospitals or something like that.

Celcom message clearly states that it is an offence to do so and if our number is traced to be the one which made the outgoing call, ah-ah…Celcom reserves the right to terminate our Celcom account without prior notice.

Well, I think many people have been doing so for Celcom to issue such a stern warning but then, now that we are required to register our prepaid lines I think whoever who still does this would be pretty dumb. And I think that the more rampant outgoing number would have been DiGi’s and not Celcom’s. Celcom is so EXPENSIVE who wants to use it to make crank calls, right?

Exclusive Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon Wedding Photos

A couple of posts ago, I questioned if there was even time for Mariah Carey to engage a wedding photographer. There were rife rumours that Mariah Carey married Nick Cannon but there was absolutely no Mariah Carey wedding photos on the web at all unless you count those that were taken during her first wedding.

Well, now, after a week, PEOPLE has finally released exclusive wedding photos of Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon. From what I understand, they also just got these exclusive photos and they will be publishing more of these photos in their upcoming People Magazine which you can pick up from the new stands this Friday.

But I want to ask you. Do you really want to see these wedding photos? Are you really that curious? Why are Mariah Carey’s wedding photos different than wedding photos of other bridal couples? I don’t know. I was a teenager once and I collected all these stuff from foreign gossip magazines I subscribed to. Now that I am an adult, I have better things to do and I actually just sent a stack of these magazines to be recycled.

Things change, people change, priorities change. I don’t care who gets married now, except myself LOL

RPK To Be Charged In Court - Jalan Duta - 9am 6th May, 2008

Popular Malaysian blogger, Raja Petra Kamarudin or better known as RPK or just Pete, who is the webmaster and chief editor of Malaysia Today, an alternative news portal, will be charged in court tomorrow, 6th May, 2008, at 9am at the Magistrates’ Court in Jalan Duta.

From the SMS that I received just now from a friend who is in the media, it looks like RPK will be charged for sedition… this is probably in connection with his recent article that insinuated some high ranking politician in a high profile murder of a foreigner.

Well, let’s see what happens. Of course, we wish him all the best. Being a blogger, especially a political blogger, is never easy here in Malaysia!

Do You Really Care That Mariah Carey Is Married AGAIN?

I read in a few celebrity blogs that Mariah Carey got married. Well, I don’t know what the fuss is with it. It’s not as if it’s her first time. Yet, people spend so much time and resources looking for Mariah Carey wedding photo. From the handful of gossip blogs that I read that mentioned that Mariah Carey confirmed marrying Nick Cannon, I cannot even see anyone of these blogs posting wedding photos of Mariah Cary and Nick Cannon.

Well, some even posted many Mariah Carey wedding photos, but those from her marriage to Tommy Mottola some ten years ago, with the infamous ten foot long train or something.

This time, the wedding was decided upon so impulsively that they did not even have time to plan anything. Maybe they did not engage a wedding photographer that is why we now do not see any Mariah Carey wedding photos! Will there be a reenactment later with all props in place?

My First Ever Reception Report

This past month, I have been thoroughly busy clearing out the drawers of my study desk. There are two drawers and I have stuffed both of them up with so much junk up to the point that I could not close them properly anymore.

Well, a cluttered room is bad feng shui and April 2008 was just as good as any time to get the room cleaned up. And boy, did I find so many things inside my drawers that I will be sharing some of them here in my blog.

Back in 1997, I was really into shortwave radio. Well, I think I only owned a personal computer in 1998 or so, so I was able to spend plenty of time just tuning to radio stations around the world. The computer causes plenty of interference so once I got that, I had to reduce the hours I spent searching for far away radio broadcasts.

Anyway, here’s my first ever reception report that I did for Swiss Radio International. I don’t remember if this was my first ever, or my first ever on a proper reception report form but just look! How embarrassing. It was like getting my report card and realizing that I got last place in class or something.

Gee… after that first attempt to obtain my first ever QSL card, I graduated to be one of the official monitors of Radio Taipei International for 1.5 years and Radio Deutsche Welle. I don’t remember how many years I was an official monitor for DW Radio, but it got to a point that work overwhelmed and I decided to quit, unfortunately.
