Why Is Amy Winehouse So Popular? I Don’t Get It. I SERIOUSLY DO NOT Get It!
14 July, 2008 – 12:35 pmAlthough I run a celebrity gossip blog, I have never written about Amy Winehouse before. Here is one British woman who calls herself a singer; singing soul, jazz and R&B, and songwriter. She has a hit called Back To Black which actually propelled her into such realm of popularity but the sight of her is really disturbing.
You can say that she wrecked herself with cigarettes and crack cocaine and in fact, has been recently diagnosed with emphysema and will died a slow and painful death from it if she does not change her lifestyle.
Seriously, Amy Winehouse is one f@rked up woman and I am not only talking about her substance abuse. By the way, her husband is in jail, awaiting sentencing for assault. If you do a search on the internet, Amy Winehouse is actually on one too many lists of “top ugly celebrities”.

Could it be that people actually see her as a celebrity because she is such an unconventional celebrity? I am stumped. There are so many more people with better talent than her.
