Two New Restaurant City Thanksgiving Dishes
27 November, 2009 – 10:39 pmIt looks like Playfish, the creator of Restaurant City, the second most popular game application on Facebook, is going to keep us on our toes perpetually playing Restaurant City. In conjunction with Thanksgiving Day, which fell on 26th November, 2009, two new dishes have been added to our menu. As you can see from the screenshot that I have enclosed, one is called Roast Turkey and the other one is called Pilgrim’s Harvest. And yes, for Roast Turkey to be added, they have to add in a new ingredient. What else but turkey?
If you have not logged in to Restaurant City this week, then do so as these two are time-limited dishes and I believe, unlike Halloween dishes where we were given two weeks to unlock, for Thanksgiving dishes, we are only given five days. I guess it’s because there are only two dishes.
At this time of writing, I believe we still have about four days on the timer. I don’t really recall as you can see, I have already unlocked the two dishes, so even if they remain at Level 1 only, they are mine to keep and I could take my time to level them up later.
If by the end of the timer you still have not unlocked these special dishes, they will be taken off your menu and you would not be able to serve special themed dishes in your restaurant and that will be just too bad, wouldn’t it?
