Treasure Isle Star Fruit Bonus

Zynga has included Treasure Isle on its toolbar which gives out game bonus every eight hours. I had installed the game toolbar a long time ago when it was first introduced and back then, it was only available for Mafia Wars. I uninstalled it soon after, since I don’t like these extra stuff bogging down my browsing experience.

To encourage Treasure Isle players to install the toolbar, though, they are giving away 5 cash a day for five consecutive days which could only be claimed by clicking on the toolbar. Also, every eight hours, we get a free star fruit for Treasure Isle which gives only 15 energy points.

While I love the free 5 cash a day for 5 days, which comes in handy in unlocking islands, I am disappointed with the Star Fruit which only gives 15 energy points. It would be better if such bonuses topped those fruits that we currently have so we should at least be getting a fruit that gives 30 energy points. What’s the benefit of giving out bonuses when we could easily get a fruit that’s better from friends?
