Treasure Isle: Head Over Fins

OK, this is getting too much. Again, we have to ask our friends to help us out by sending us items to unlock these three new islands, under Head Over Fins.

I am lazy, seriously, to have to keep asking friends for items. And they are fed-up, and they told me so, particularly if they do not also play the game. So how, who else plans to stop playing the game?
