Hooray!! After about 2.5 months of playing Restaurant City daily, I finally managed to reach Level 10 for three dishes. One Starter, one Main and one Dessert. Check them out.

A week ago, I achieved my first Level 10 royal dish. It was the Simple Mapo Tofu. At Level ten, it became Royal Mapo Tofu. I later discovered that ALL dishes become "Royal" at Level 10.
I wouldn't say that I was quick in reaching Level 10 for my first dish. ...
