Restaurant City Gourmet Chef Award [Facebook Game]
21 September, 2009 – 2:30 pmAbout 21 weeks since I started playing Restaurant City on Facebook, I notched another milestone today by bagging the Gourmet Chef award. if you play Restaurant City, I am sure you know that it is pretty tough to level up your dishes unless you have plenty of friends or plenty of Restaurant City coins which you could use to purchase ingredients from the market.

When I started playing, I did not have too many friends who play Restaurant City. I now have more that 200 friends who installed Restaurant City though not all are active players. Also, when the market first sold ingredients, the ingredients were so expensive it was not easy to purchase them. The cheapest then was 4000 coins; the most expensive was 10,000 coins! Imagine that! Now, it is a lot easier to level up our dishes, thanks to cheaper ingredients and the fact that we could plant our own spices and herbs at only 2000 coins per seed.
What pisses me off about playing Restaurant City and in fact, other games like Pet Society and YoVille is that there are way too many hackers who take the easy way out to level up or to get rich quick by using hacks and scripts. I know from a “friend” that by using a Restaurant City hacking script, she gets 4000 points per dish served! That’s a major difference from the 2.8 points I get per dish!
