Let’s Get Naked
3 July, 2008 – 12:50 pmIt’s National Nude Weekend this 12th and 13th July, 2008. Everybody, let’s get naked. Everyone in America, that is! If you are in America next weekend, you are encouraged to hit the nude beaches and have some “fun”. I have been told that it’s liberating to be naked, surrounded by equally naked people. Well, so long as you are not the only naked person on a public beach. If you are going, remember to take along your sunblock and leave that camera behind!

The National Nude Weekend reminds me of an article I read where some 1,700 people went stark naked in the name of art. That’s very funny. I don’t know if hitting the nude beach would be better or to join a group of 1,699 naked people in an activity like this for art.
And surprisingly, there were so many people who did it. I think it does a lot for the self-confidence after going through something like this but no way in hell am I going to participate in something like this. Nude beach maybe….
What about you? Could you muster enough courage to join 1,699 other naked people in public at close proximity? Would you rather do it alone or encourage friends and family members to do this together? If I were forced to do this, I would rather have all strangers surround me rather than people I know, or who know me! Geeee …

I do not have the courage to do it. Maybe you are living there for some times and has adapted their council, I think everybody could do it.
