FrontierVille by Zynga on Facebook
25 June, 2010 – 1:30 pmRight. So I went for a week’s holiday and came home to see a new game on Facebook and a deluge of “neighbour requests”. It’s the latest addition by Zynga to their long slew of games. So after rejecting every neighbor request, I decided to install the app to see what it’s all about.
The game was built using the same format as FarmVille and Treasure Isle and the concept of the game is a combination of both games where you will have to plant and harvest and also dig. Sounds familiar?

Right now, I don’t see myself getting addicted to such a game just as I am not addicted to FarmVille or Treasure Isle, though I do find Treasure Isle more interesting to play than FarmVille, perhaps because I love to complete my collections, just like how I love doing the same with Mafia Wars. Don’t know why I don’t feel the same about FarmVille collectibles. Perhaps they look ugly. LOL
Anyway, what I don’t like about these games by Zynga is that we have to manually send out neighbour requests. They are not like Playfish and other games where our friends who play the same game are automatically added as neighbours. Can be pretty tiring when you have many friends!
