FarmVille Virtual Farm
7 December, 2009 – 10:27 pmI have to admit that when I first installed FarmVille, a virtual farming game by Zynga, on my Facebook account months ago, I didn’t like the game. I still do not find it really interesting; I guess it is because of the graphics, which is ugly to me.
Another reason that I hardly play FarmVille is because it is a time-based game. Crops have to be harvested after certain duration of time or they would be burnt. I have burnt all my crops, in fact, because I could not log in to the game at specific times. It’s not that I am busy but I usually forget.

A lot of my friends on Facebook play FarmVille and I even read an article that says that FarmVille boasts 69 million players and counting. My, isn’t that too many virtual farmers or perhaps most of them are like me; installed the game but not play?
Last week actually got me pretty excited about FarmVille thanks to the virtual Christmas tree which allows us to place up to 60 Christmas gifts under the tree. From what I understand, we can unwrap these Christmas gifts on Christmas Eve and each gift will be unique. I am so looking forward to unwrap my presents! What about you?
