Since last week when Facebook rolled out this new scroll on the right sidebar of our screen while playing Facebook games, I have read quite a few complaints on various forums that it’s distracting and doesn’t serve any purpose.

Well, I have no complaints about this, actually, and in fact, kind of like it. I can see at real time who is playing which game so that I can instantly request for whatever material I need in the game that I’m playing, especially Treasure Isle, since I am just so impatient.

What do you think? Do you like or dislike it?

A few months ago, when I was very immersed in playing Restaurant City, a friend suggested many of her friends to me to add. These friends are her friends who play Restaurant City so it was an excellent way for me to pick up a free “first friend visit” ingredient.

Anyway, a couple of days ago, on my Facebook request page, I was inundated with an extremely long list of friend suggestion, and these are the friends that was suggested to me a few months ago, and I had sent in my friend requests, approved and became friends with!

I do not know what happened to Facebook servers but that gave me a feeling of déjà vu since I was doing exactly the same thing with the same contacts a few months ago! And when I sent in a add request to these people, they accepted my request just as if they had never been friends with me before.

The weirder thing is that the number of friends that I have on my list did not change at all, even before I had to send in a fresh request or after they have accepted my friendship request. Duh! Something’s broken somewhere!

That’s FIVE US Dollars. Well, actually just FOUR, after Fiverr takes one dollar service fee.

Anyway, I discovered this website this morning and I think that it’s a pretty ingenious concept where the websites allows users to post a service that they would do for just US$5.

Going through the listings, where some people do not sell a service but a tangible item like a book, a music CD sampler or even shutter specs, I came up with a few items myself that I could list on Fiverr myself. Of course, it’s not known if there will be a buyer but I think it’s still fun. And if there is a buyer, that means I would be getting paid for doing something that I like. I wouldn’t list it if I don’t like doing it, would I?

So what are the things that you would gladly do (or sell) for US$5? I’m compiling my list already!
