I watched Seducing Mr. Perfect last evening. It was funny that I had the movie for quite a long time already that I didn’t even remember that Daniel Henney was in it even though he was the reason that I got Seducing Mr. Perfect in the first place. You can imagine what a pleasant surprise it was for me to see Daniel Henney when I didn’t expect it.

It had been a while since I had my dose of Korean entertainment. The last one I watched was Witch Yoo Hee, a 16-episode Korean drama, a few months ago. I took a break from Korean entertainment and watched a lot of Hong Kong movies and serials instead.

Seducing Mr. Perfect is a very comical romance movie starring Uhm Jung-hwa opposite Danniel Henney. Did you know that Uhm Jung-hwa is known as Madonna of Korea? Anyway, although the chemistry isn’t really there, I enjoyed the movie a lot, laughing from beginning to the end. But I guess that no matter what movie it was, as long as there’s Daniel Henney, I would enjoy it!

Umm no Daniel Henney was not good looking in Seducing Mr. Perfect; I guess it was because of his weird hairstyle. But still he was very smart looking in his dressing. I LOVE it!

Seducing Mr. Perfect is a movie that I could totally watch a second time if only to laugh all over again at the funny antics of Uhm Jung-hwa and Daniel Henney. Like I said, there wasn’t real chemistry between them which makes them look a little awkward, hence comical.

With so much sh!t happening here in the home front, I have lost touch with the latest TVB serials. It seems like such a long time since I got my daily dose of TVB drama!

A friend, who runs a TVB drama download and streaming blog, told me that The Threshold of a Persona has replaced Rosy Business. I didn’t watch that because it’s a costume drama which I try to avoid but The Threshold of a Persona is a modern drama. I hope to catch this since it stars Roger Kwok, Yoyo Mung, Toby Leung, Power Chan, Patrick Tang and Raymond Cho.

I told this friend that I do not have time to watch and he told me to buy him a 1T hard disk drive so that he could use his 4MB broadband line and fill it up with TVB dramas for me. He said he would provide free DVD burning service.

I was blurry for a moment and asked why I should buy him the 1T HDD if he was going to burn the dramas into DVD. He said that it would be a continuous service and he would need to keep the hard disk drive. Hah… He must think I was born yesterday or something. Why couldn’t I buy the 1T HDD for myself and download all the dramas that I want? I have my computer connected to the internet the whole day as well. Obviously I didn’t take him up on his offer! LOL

Looks like it will be awhile more before I get to watch TVB dramas once again, what with costume drama Rosy Business and Just Love II airing simultaneously. I thought I would watch Just Love I first before proceeding to Just Love II. I’m still waiting for my friend to pass me his Just Love I discs.

My friend told me to watch Man In Charge, previously known as Hidden Master, in the meantime while he is away from home and would not be able to pass me Just Love I.

Aiya… it’s another costume drama which I skipped last month, and now he’s asking me to backtrack! LOL But it’s a short drama, only twenty episodes and should last me a couple of days while I wait for Just Love I.

What do you think of Man In Charge? Is it worth watching or is just one of those run of the mill dramas that doesn’t make a deep impression on viewers?
